Pinero Bahia de Palma

Super hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, the brunch buffet is absolutely delicious and slightly different every day. A 3-minute walk from the beach, bus stops are nearby (whether to go to the airport or into town in Palma). Everything was perfect! The only hitch is the elevators; they are tiny (maximum 4 people) and sometimes we waited a very long time to be able to go up or down, because when the doors opened it was full and we had to wait for it to come back again and again, but it was really very funny and we had some good laughs!

When i went to the bar i asked a lady aka staff if i could get ice she said one moment then i waited half an hour to get ice and i still didnt get it the ac in the rooms works but when i set it to 17°C it was blowing 30°C i called someone to help and it still didnt work. Also the elevator stops at every floor PS dont stay in the room 1736

Overall, the hotel was okay. The flexible brunch was great, the selection sufficient, although it often took quite a long time for missing items to be replenished. The floor in the room and bathroom was unfortunately not clean upon arrival. The bathroom door could not be closed. The style of the hotel is quite cool, the staff at the reception are very nice and helpful. The lounge chairs directly by the pool are very limited due to space constraints, which is a shame.
