Prinsotel la Dorada

Our stay was simply perfect and deserves, without a doubt, 5 stars! From the very beginning, we were received with incredible sympathy by the whole team. All staff were always extremely friendly and helpful, both at the reception, where they received us at 3am, after a tiring flight, as in the supermarket, the towel exchange bar or the hotel bar. A very special thanks to Carolina, of Guest Relations. She was extraordinary! Gave us super useful tips on the best places to visit and excellent restaurant recommendations. With his attention and affection, he made us feel truly at home. We highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, in a quiet area of Playa de Muro, right next to the S'Albufera Reserve. It is a beautiful and very clean hotel, with spacious rooms (it was actually a two-room apartment with a bathroom and balcony). Housekeeping is done daily. The breakfast is varied, offering a wide selection so that anyone can find something they like. There are also restaurants on-site where you can dine à la carte. ​The entire complex is spotless and very well-maintained. The swimming pools cater to all age groups and are kept in excellent condition. There is also a very nice playground for children. Location-wise, it’s great because you can reach shops and terraces almost instantly. ​The staff is highly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. ​We were extremely satisfied with this hotel and we highly recommend it to everyone!

Exquisite and professional staff, well-organized structure, clean and adequate rooms. One small flaw is that the showers in the rooms do not drain properly and water spills into the room.
