Upon arriving at the hotel, my daughter and I were welcomed by the "wonderful" Miguel who, with his keen eye and contagious friendliness, gave us valuable information about the services and places to visit, with competence and professionalism. The legendary Lourdes, with her perfect Italian, despite being Cuban, made us feel at home, chatting with us like a friend and hostess, without forgetting her role, which she fulfilled with competence and helpfulness. All the services were excellent, the meals were abundant and varied, and the dining room staff had a smile on their lips and a ready and frequent greeting!
