Riu Festival

PRO'S HOTEL Staff nice, friendly, acommodating and all work very hard. Rooms cleaned daily. CON'S HOTEL Very LOUD! AIR CONS not great Terrible fridge Dinning room small FOOD! awful lack of flavour and variety. Lifts too small. Pool area small, dirty, ants and smells like bird poo! Not much entertainment the nights we did have, it was rubbish. WATER SHOULD BE FREE ! Even when half board. PRO'S LOCATION Easy access into Palma City Bus 25 around about 3 euros Taxis 3 mins away from hotel 15 mins to the FAN shopping mall Aquarium well worth the money. CON'S LOCATION S'ARENAL very loud and over crowded. My advice is to have a shorter stay, two weeks is too long. Less than a week is enough. Hotel and area should become adults only, nothing to do for families in S'ARENAL.

Top location and well-air-conditioned room! Super enjoyable! The staff is very nice! The pool is enjoyable, just like the outdoor bar! The hotel is open all year round!

Upon arriving at the hotel, my daughter and I were welcomed by the "wonderful" Miguel who, with his keen eye and contagious friendliness, gave us valuable information about the services and places to visit, with competence and professionalism. The legendary Lourdes, with her perfect Italian, despite being Cuban, made us feel at home, chatting with us like a friend and hostess, without forgetting her role, which she fulfilled with competence and helpfulness. All the services were excellent, the meals were abundant and varied, and the dining room staff had a smile on their lips and a ready and frequent greeting! We will return very gladly and will try all the Riu hotels in the world...you won't get rid of us!! 🤣. Another hug to Miguel and Lourdes, from Angela and Elisa ❤️
