The location is superb as we could almost step out from our room and into the sea. Professional warm staff especially Poitrek. Clean, excellent value and would definitely return as close to Palma and Portals. Spa is excellent. Nice calm vibe everywhere.

Following our stay from July 1st to July 8th, we are delighted with our stay. The location is ideal thanks to its access to transportation (bus and taxi). A real convenience for visiting the city of Palma or reaching the Plaza de España from where the main bus lines depart that allow you to visit Mallorca. Furthermore, the hotel enjoys a superb view of the Bay of Palma. Ilettes beach is very close on foot. But above all, for several stays, we have appreciated the exceptional welcome from an attentive, smiling, and very professional team. The entire staff at the front desk, the restaurant, and housekeeping contributed to our complete satisfaction. Thanks to Santiago's impeccable French and the entire front desk staff. To finish, a special mention for the show cooking during meals. A big thank you to the staff for their kindness and professionalism. Their warm welcome makes us want to come back very soon!
