We have just got back . Holiday blues . Great location perfect for getting to the beach with room card . Sun-beds around the clean pool or garden area . No sun beds wars . Still beds available at 8.30 . 2 large restaurants for breakfast and one for late breakfast up to 11 am Staff all fabulous and helpful . Food at pool bar very good and fresh . Rooms clean and spacious with kettle, fridge and safe . Lots of restaurants to choose from if doing bed and breakfast . Check reviews as some better than others . Would revisit

Great hotel!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are perfect. The breakfast is so extensive that it is a pleasure to make a delicious choice, the afternoon snacks by the pool are tasty and affordable. In short, highly recommended to spend your holiday here. We will definitely be back!!

Location is great right on Cala Gran beach and the side gate to the beach is very useful, the atmosphere was dull for me personally the corridors where out dated and needed freshening up reception was lovely. The rooms be careful when your paying to upgrade to a sea view room I understand by the way the hotel is positioned it was always going to be a limited sea view room but when we checked in we was facing the garden and literally had to lean over the balcony to see a tiny spec of water through the trees We went back up to reception as we wasn’t happy as we’d paid extra and it was like we was just gave a non sea standard room Staff was very friendly and understandable and showed us another room which was a perfect view which we was happy with. Rooms could have done with some more storage and the shower head to be higher as my 6ft boyfriend couldn’t stand up properly using the over head shower . The beds were very comfortable can’t comment on the pool as we never used it as on our first day we arrived to the entire pool being completely full with people doing water acrobatics and music absolutely blaring which just wasn’t our vibe at all would of appreciated if they didn’t take up the entire pool as you basically can’t use it until the acrobatics was over which isn’t fair on the people who didn’t want to do it I fount the pool bar staff to be a bit rude to be honest we was very hot and bothered me and my partner on our first day and waiting for the room to be ready so popped down to the pool bar which we ordered 2 cokes and a side of fries to share as we was only peckish which then a lady took our order then walked off showed another member of staff our order on the paper she took and they was both laughing and looking at us and I would say it’s overpriced €6.50 for chips is outrageous the corridor also had a weird smell also didn’t try the breakfast as not breakfast people overall I wouldn’t come back to this hotel
