The hostel has everything necessary for a good stay. The room was clean and, considering how hot it is, it is very appreciated to have a pool where you can cool off. The owner was kind and attentive to us. Whenever we asked her for information or recommendations on places to eat lunch, dinner, or breakfast, she helped us without any problem and assisted us in everything she could. I have read some reviews that comment that her behavior is not appropriate, but in our experience, that was not the case. It must also be understood that if some guests do not respect the establishment's rules, such as smoking or using glass bottles in the pool area, it is normal for the owner to get upset and have to call them out. In general, it is a recommendable place, taking into account the value for money of the accommodation. If you are looking for a simple, clean place with a pool and at a price consistent with what it offers, it is a good option to stay.

The owner, staff member was nice at the beginning, but after two days was totally rude and very unpleasant. This is no way to treat a paying customer. She complained about me using the public toilet and also about me moving sun loungers by the pool.

Located super close to palm of mallorca, in Cala Major. Nearby it has many bars and restaurants. And supermarkets. The site is great for the type of accommodation it is, it also has a pool and many of the rooms have a balcony. Very attentive reception girl. It has no parking and appears to be a complicated area to park although we have had no problem any day. Eye, lots of stairs. It is the glue that has, although mallorca is a continuous gradient. The place I totally recommend, especially for young people or people with good mobility.
