Santa Lucia

I am presently staying at the Santa Lucia hotel in Palma Nova. Very disappointed with the service at the hotel. We are staying all inclusive. Once we had checked in, we were given two blue tokens. To our horror, you at to produce these tokens to obtain your drinks. We also have to cue to take the empty plastic glasses back to be given your blue tokens back. It is absolutely ridiculous and plus, we are on holidays to relax, not work for the hotel, has it’s a way to cut staff. Tables not cleaned, birds everywhere coming for left food. The holiday makers not happy at how we are doing the jobs that hotel staff should be doing. The holiday cost well over £2000 for two of us. We have holiday in Palma numerous times and never ever stay a hotel such as this. No clean tables, sun beds need a good wash, no cushions on the seats outside, floors need cleaning. So come get your tokens, and work on your holiday. All are welcome.

Me and hubby had a lovely time at this hotel but... There are a few things that need your attention 1st you need to get control of people queuing up for sunbeds as early has 6.30 am...they dont just queue up they put there towels down at the door and walk away until the pool opens up at 8.00 😡.... You need to put little tables with the sunbeds are.. Your cleaners need to sweep or hoover the bedroom floor everyday....because when you get in bed you can see all the dirty dust off the floor on your sheets....I think all your cleaners do is make beds and give clean towels.... Your room safe is a diabolical fee 100€ never known anything like it... And last but not least you are the only hotel that doesn't light up and look pretty at night...all the other hotels look stunning at night

This hotel is top class ! The staff are amazing the food is excellent! The rooms perfect and the views stunning! Best Hotel I've ever stayed at ! They could not improve anything and a big huge massive thankyou to all who manage it !
