Son Baulo

Wonderful holiday, no wonder guests return year after year. We arrived after 11pm and offered food to eat. Very helpful staff and so hard working and very friendly. Entertainment very good in hotel. Variety every night and bingo on a few nights. Quieter area than Can Picafort, beautiful Nature Reserve at back of hotel and lovely walk along the beach leading to Necropolis. Can Picafort a 15 min walk. Bus stop to Palma/Alcudia/Arta and more is 10 min walk from hotel. Food was very good and chefs and restaurant staff were so accommodating. We were even allowed to keep our room for a small fee. Pool area is vast and plenty beds and areas to sit, snack bar around pool area. Overall a fantastic place to have a holiday. Highly recommend. Would definitely return. Regards and compliments to all the staff at hotel.

Stayed at Son Bauló this summer and had a great time. The location is what sold it for me — you walk out the back of the hotel and you’re basically on the beach, and it’s the quieter end of Can Picafort next to the nature reserve, so it never felt rammed even in peak season. Spent most days around the pool. Loungers and umbrellas are free, which isn’t a given these days, and the pool bar does decent snacks so you don’t have to go far. Room was comfortable and spotless, good AC, and a balcony we used every evening. The food was a real highlight. Loads of variety at breakfast and dinner, and the à la carte place by the sea does a genuinely good paella — worth doing at least once. Staff were friendly the whole time, and reception sorted anything we needed quickly. The walk along the promenade into the centre takes about 20 minutes and it’s a nice one in the evening. No complaints at all. Would happily come back.

Another return to this wonderful hotel . The welcome from all the staff is incredible . Our stay was again a sea view room , with incredible morning sunrises . Being so near the beach is such a bonus also , as you have the option to alternate your days . Just be aware it cost €26 for 2 sunbeds/umbrella/cushion mats, which is very costly . Entertainment was good , and David ( entertainment )is amazing in all that he does . Food buffet great with varied choices and always hot food . Had another fabulous stay here , and met many familiar guests also which was great . Thanks again team son baulo Overall 10/10
