We booked an apartment from 7th to 16th August for a relaxing family vacation (four people in total), through Yourhouse.com, which manages their bookings. The stay was fully paid in advance and confirmed by email. We travelled all the way from Italy, only to discover upon arrival that our reservation had been cancelled without any notice—on the very day we were due to check in! The dates are all confirmed by our credit card records. Neither the reception staff nor the call centre provided any explanation for the cancellation, nor did they make the slightest effort to help us find alternative accommodation, even for a single night. We eventually managed—on our own—to secure one night’s stay at an unreasonable price, before being forced to leave Palma the very next day (8th August). This experience caused great distress to me and my family, as well as a significant waste of money (first and foremost the cost of the flights) and time. Before leaving, we reported this conduct to the local tourist office, who advised us to file an official complaint with "Reclamacions i denúncies d'usuaris de serveis turístics" of the Consell de Mallorca and to seek adequate compensation, which we fully intend to do. PS: A few days later, we received an apology email—but with no offer of compensation. PPS: Leaving a score of 1 only because 0 is not allowed.

Aparthotel located in a very quiet area, with impressive views that give rise to a swim in the sea.....very clean rooms, with A.A. and above all highlight the kindness of the owner (I don't remember her name), very kind, attentive, we He served as a guide, it is clear that he has devotion to his work. I recommend him 100%

These apartments are Great . Very clean and spacious ,we had a studio and where surprised how big it was . The bed was a little uncomfortable though ! Lovely lady on reception who was happy to help with any queries . Not far from a Sandy beach either way and numerous shops and bars . The local bus stop is near and the stop for the little tourist train “ting ting “ is opppsite and worth a ride . Sadly the outside pool is no longer , which is a shame but it’s not far to the beach . The bar Inside the hotel was shut ,but there is a lovely restaurant outside , not owned by the hotel . A couple of other bars opposite x A great market runs along the harbour every Friday . A couple of things we felt would make it better An airer to use on the balcony , would save hanging washing over the edge and a broom in the room to use . We felt bad leaving a lot of sand and dried seaweed over the floor and would of happily swept it up if there is been a broom . For 2 star apartments they were great and so clean We would love to return Thank you
