Stay as a couple in this well-located hotel, but with many things to improve. The rooms: very poorly soundproofed (a lot of noise at night), air conditioning that barely cools, especially since the cleaning lady systematically leaves the window slightly open to cut the air conditioning. We had to go buy a fan to be able to sleep; the bedding is disastrous. The dining: breakfast and dinner were acceptable. Fresh and varied products. On the other hand, charging €3 for a 50cl bottle of water is pathetic! No comments on the spa and pool, we did not go there. No parking: a vacant lot at the end of the street that is very difficult to navigate. Reception: staff at the front desk were very unfriendly. Does not speak French. Cleanliness: acceptable Overall disappointed

The hotel is excellent from A to Z! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the bed is super comfortable, and the sea view from the 12th floor is indeed there! The meals are good and varied. In summary, this hotel is top-notch; we had a fantastic week.

Well-located hotel with many shops and convenience stores nearby. The beach (10 minutes on foot) and 2 small coves are a 20-minute walk away. The rooms lack refreshment (small room) and have 2 single beds. The walls are not thick; we could hear everything. The view of the sea is not great, from our window (facing our window is a view of the buildings across the street). As for the dining options, it was a big disappointment with very few choices and nothing very good... The room is very small considering there are 12 floors and only 2 elevators. I will not return to this hotel. If one is looking for nightlife, Palma is the place to be; however, for more tranquility and nature, I would recommend the area of Portocolom, Cala d'Or...
