Our holiday is going very well and our son loves the kids entertainment especially cinema night we love going to the quize night and Sandra is so helpful with the kids

Everything was overrall top level, the food, services and most especially the entertainment. Victor made sure all our needs were met when it comes to recommendations, entertainment and he made our stay especially memorable

We returned to the hotel for a second time this year, the rooms are basic and a bit dated decor wise, but clean and comfortable and have everything you need. The room had aircon which was welcomed in the July heat. The staff are very friendly (the lady that cleaned our room was just lovely). Our 7 year old went to the kids club with Sandra every day, she remembered all the kids names and spoke a variety of languages, she was absolutely fantastic, he was gutted that we had to come home. There were a few groups of young adults in the hotel and a couple of nights we had to ask them to be quiet, but that was twice out of 10 nights - if you are a light sleeper, a pair of earplugs and you'll be fine! The pool area was great, people were sensible with regards to sunbeds and we generally managed to get a few in the shade each day (and loads in the sun). The pool bar area had a nice atmosphere, with entertainment each night (but it wasn't in your face) . I'd definitely visit again!
