We recently spent a week at Valentin Grand Park Hotel and had a fantastic holiday. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were impressed by the quality of the hotel, the facilities, and the exceptional service provided by the staff.
The accommodation was excellent and maintained to a very high standard throughout our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable and relaxing experience.
The staff at Valentin Grand Park Hotel were outstanding. Every team member contributed to making our holiday memorable, from the reception staff and restaurant manager to the chefs, hospitality team, and especially the entertainment team.
A special mention goes to Carlos in the restaurant, as well as Tessa, Andre, and the entire Kids' Club team. Their friendliness, enthusiasm, and dedication made a real difference to our experience.
Our daughters had the best week and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the Kids' Club and entertainment programme. It was wonderful to see how engaged and happy they were throughout the holiday.
