Overall, we had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel is in a great location, everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed the breakfast and the pool bar. The only thing that let the hotel down was the air conditioning. Our original room never went below 28°C, making it unbearably hot throughout the day and well into the evening. It was uncomfortable to relax in and difficult to sleep. We reported it a couple of times, but were simply told it "just hadn't cooled down yet," despite the problem continuing. Thankfully, the hotel agreed to move us to another room. The new room was much better, although it still only cooled to around 25°C. We believe the issue may have been due to the room's position, as the replacement room didn't face the sun. It's a real shame because everything else about the hotel was excellent. If the air conditioning in the sun-facing rooms could be improved, we'd have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Very clean hotel and very friendly staff. The hotel room was quite small, but we were out most of the time; however, the bathroom was tiny. Very tiny! Breakfast was okay. We had half board, which I would not book there again. There was quite a decent selection, but the dishes were hardly seasoned. The beaches are very beautiful, but quite small and therefore crowded.
