This resort was exactly what my wife and I needed after a 3 day birthday celebration in Ibiza.
This type of stay is likely not for everyone when they visit Mallorca - no beach, and very out of the way - but it was perfect for us. The pools were amazing. Even the family pool felt very tranquil, with the sounds only the sounds of local birds and cicadas in the air. The spa is wonderful, and again, very "zen". A great place to recover after the chaos of Ibiza.
Breakfast was wonderful, as were the two dinners we had on site.
All of the staff we interacted with were absolutely amazing. So helpful and there when we needed them. We had trouble with our rental car and the guest service manager colled the rental agency and worked it all out for us (in Spanish), even though it had nothing to do with the hotel. Definitely above and beyond.
The property is absolutely spectacular. The chapel, the windmill, the library, the bar (converted from an old wine cellar)... all incredible. They do a historical tour a couple of times a week, and it's worth the 45-60 minutes in you can make it.
I always like to provide a little feedback in the hopes that all properties are always looking to improve. For this one, I'd suggest they lean in more on the gastronomic history of the property. They have an on site Michelin * restaurant, and they source a lot of their produce from their own gardens. But the property doesn't really tell the story very well. Where's the twice a week cooking class with one of the chef's? Cocktail hour where you learn to make a new cocktail? Show us the gardens (there was a sign to one, but when we arrived, it looked like it hadn't been tended to in months). Again, lean in on it. You have a very captive audience, as you need to drive to get anywhere from this hotel. Give guests a reason to stay on site and provide them "experiences".
Please know that this isn't a criticism, but a suggestion. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the property to anyone that wasn't looking for the traditional beach hotel on Mallorca. This is the place!

Booked Zoetry Mallorca on an all inclusive holiday as my first solo trip since my wife passed away last year.
I picked the hotel as it looked nice and peaceful, and I’m glad to say it was both.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so don’t expect to be able to walk to the local village or other restaurants/bars, which was fine by me.
The hotel is spread over a relatively large area, which gives you a sense of space without being on top of other guests. The deluxe room I booked was also very good.
Excellent service provided by all of the staff with nothing being too much trouble. The food in all of the three restaurants (plus the additional Michelin Star restaurant on site - Andreu Genestra) was superb, one of the best holidays for food I’ve had.
Overall I’d definitely recommend Zoetry Mallorca if you want a nice relaxing holiday and I would like to go back again in the future.

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurants and very friendly service. It was quite busy during our stay but it was still very relaxing and having an adult only pool area was very welcome.
