Grupotel Alcudia Suite

I was an all inclusive guest and on the last day my airport transfer was in the afternoon. To my surprise, the hotel denied my family the lunch stating that all inclusive ends at 12:00 and collecting our All Inc. bracelets during check-out. (So we could no longer go to the lunch which was served from 1:00 PM). I was in many all inclusive hotels before and this is the first time I was treat like that. In every other hotel I was in, the hour 12:00 is only the deadline to leave the room, but people can keep their bracelets and continue to use all other hotel services (including access to the meals) until they leave for the airport. On the first day of my trip I arrived late due to late flight hours and only used one meal at the evening, so it would be fair to let my family have both breakfast and lunch on the last day. Wouldn't make much difference for the hotel. And yet.. they chose to leave a really bad impression at the very end of our experience. Will not go to Grupotel again. Also a hint about hotel rooms - if you'd like to sleep in silence avoid rooms with windows facing the Else Hetzel street. There is night club at the other side of the street (Kilombito) which is open 6 days a week until 2:00 AM and the hotel windows are not super sound proof so you hear the club/techno music till late hours :/

Some aspects of the service can be improved: - Dinner time is inappropriate for those on holiday at a beach destination. Ends very early; - The size of the beds leaves much to be desired. Sāo very small - The variety of options at lunch and dinner is very weak; - For IT regime lack food options outside of the main meal hours;

The facilities, as well as the staff and the location, are excellent.
