I spent 1 night here. It was a good hotel, and got all the basics right. Check in was simple, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure. Whilst I didn't have time to see the sights, the location appeared good and close to the heart of Palma.

Magnificently located on the side of downtown and very close to the Promenade. Ideal business or events. Room (214) outside, very comfortable. TV XXXL, 2 single beds. Daisy floor. Capsule coffee maker. Iron and ironing board. Korres toiletries. Ultra powerful professional hair dryer. Very spacious breakfast with vegan and vegetarian options, healthy. Great tea letter. Quiet atmosphere. Fitness Center at -1. Note: The experience this time was not satisfactory: cold in the room that area had air conditioning, they gave me a heater for the 2nd night, they did not empty bins the 1st. The staff is lovely and very professional. I thank them very much for the little attention paid to my daughter on her birthday. The hotel is very well located. There are many good restaurants nearby. We were in a triple room. The third bed is not very comfortable and it would be nice to add a mattress for more comfort. The window does not close well and there is a lack of sound insulation.
