Fantastic place, colourful, vibrant and centrally located, public transport on the doorstep to take you anywhere and everywhere round Palma. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and always available. The bar and restaurant staff were fabulous and the food was excellent. My room was gorgeous and spotless, can't recommend enough. If you're going to Palma, book this hotel, loved it!!!

Terrible experience and total lack of security! We were on a family vacation in July at the Hotel Artmadams and had a disastrous experience. At the time of checkout, just before leaving for the airport to return to Brazil, we discovered that our three suitcases—which were locked inside the room—were forced open through the TSA system. They stole $2,500 dollars from us and destroyed the suitcases' built-in locks. Despite explaining to them that we were going to the airport and needed urgent help, the hotel management's attitude was pathetic: they showed no empathy whatsoever and refused to help us. They only said that they "were not responsible for anything" and did not even bother to check the staff access log for the room or the security cameras. An expensive hotel with a good reputation that offers no basic security or any kind of support. I do not recommend it at all!
