The staff is professional, super friendly, and always ready to help with anything. The food was well-prepared, and the pool was clean and very well-maintained. The rooms have great sound isolation—I couldn't hear any noise from the neighbors at all. The location is also perfect: it’s very close to a beautiful sandy beach and public transport, which makes getting around super easy and convenient. Highly recommended!

The experience, overall, was good. The hotel is nice, the room was spacious and comfortable, although it had a slight smell of moisture and little natural light. The reception staff was always very friendly, attentive and helpful, which left us a great impression during our stay. However, we had a very unpleasant experience on the second day for breakfast. The service manager assumed that we would bring food with us and spent virtually the whole meal watching our desk. He even stared at our lap and repeated twice that we were not allowed to carry food. He also asked a younger employee to keep an eye on us, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed throughout the meal. It was a very unpleasant situation, which ended up staining an experience that, until then, had been quite positive. It is unfortunate that one single episode, even above just before our check-out, changed so negatively the impression we had of the hotel and its staff.

Very clean, extremely friendly staff, 6-star breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order. Within walking distance to the small local beach with many locals, or you can go to the large hotel pool. We will come back! Thank you very much.
