Isla Dorada Hotel

In general, I am very happy with the hotel and the staff. Clean room, good facilities, the buffet is very basic but sufficient and with extensive hours. If I had to find a fault, the water was a bit expensive. The luggage storage service saved our day at checkout. Recommended.

A disgrace, we left a wallet with cards and money. Inside a bag. Inside the suitcase. And stored in the closet. What a surprise it was when we went to pay, to find that they had taken the bills that were there and left us the coins. We filed a complaint and management is washing their hands of it. Even knowing that it is not the first time it has happened

We have had a terrible experience. They emptied our wallets while they were hidden inside our bags, inside our suitcases, and the suitcases were inside the closets. Either you give us a solution or we will proceed to report it. As for the hotel, parking is terrible, the breakfasts are super, the dinners leave much to be desired, even so, the kitchen staff is very pleasant. Rooms with poor soundproofing and very poor communication from the service, we had to ask about EVERYTHING because they take your ID, make you pay the tourist tax, give you the key, and that's it.
