Santa Ana

Truly very beautiful hotel, with all the comforts, from the gym to the pool, directly on the sea, the room we had overlooked the beach of Cala Major, daily room cleaning with towel change

Unfortunately, the cleaning service and the attention at the front desk have not been up to expectations. During our stay, we experienced a lack of room service, failure to meet the schedules agreed upon with the staff, and unjustified delays in the delivery of requested bed linens and towels. Despite having reported these issues at the front desk, we have not received the promised solution or follow-up. A disappointing management and a clear lack of customer service.

Yes, the hotel has seen better days. Room furnishings etc., the pool is unfortunately much too small for the size of this hotel. There is also too little space on the loungers. (you lie there like sardines!!) As an alternative, however, you can rent umbrellas & loungers on the very beautiful beach for a fee. Breakfast buffet is very good!!
