Just stayed here for 4 nights with my two friends all in our mid 20s. Came here because location is ideal (short walk to the beach and restaurants also lots of spar shops by). Hotel staff were lovely and breakfast was decent. Downsides would say the evening meal not great (you get what you get for the price I suppose) but the big let down was the air con. It was so quiet which should’ve been an indicator from the start but honestly we felt so uncomfortable for those 4 nights as it was so bad. No chance we were doing anything other than cold showers or using the hairdryer. Overall not bad for the price (please look into upgrading air con!) and solid location.

We had such a rocky start to the holiday but soon got better and a huge part of that was thanks to Sally from the entertainment team. She was absolutely amazing with my little boy and made such an effort to make him feel welcome, included, and excited to join in with all the activities. He especially loved the kids' disco and swimming, and Sally's energy, kindness, and enthusiasm made those moments even more special for him. She was so patient and engaging, and it was lovely to see how much she genuinely cared about making sure all the children were having a great time. My little boy looked forward to seeing Sally every day, and she played a big part in making our holiday so memorable. Thank you, Sally, for creating such wonderful memories for our family. You are a real credit to the hotel and the entertainment team!

Had a great time staying in the hotel last week, rooms were great with a good view of the pool and mountains from the balcony. The pools were very good with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas in a number of different areas. Pool side bar and food bar were great, had everything we needed and more if you wanted to pay extra but as we went all inclusive, we just stuck to the free stuff! The food in the restaurant was excellent, with lots of variety to keep everyone happy. There were a number of younger people staying in the hotel but they were all well behaved and didn't seem to affect anyone else's stay. The hotel was in a great position and only a 10 min walk from the beach and about a 20 min walk from Palma Nova. We had seen the poor reviews before we arrived but I can honestly say, we had a great time and would definitely stay again!
