The hotel is fab for kids of all ages as the entertainment team do different activities throughout the day. Slide splash pool is separate from the main pool so you get to choose where you want to sit. Sunbeds are little issue as there isn’t enough if the hotel is full and lots of people get up early to reserve them life guard puts timing cards on your beds as well if you have left your towels for a 45mins or longer however I only seen him move one set and that was because they had been on early and they still wasn’t back at 1pm afternoon which isn’t really fair on everyone eles. Food is ok they have different theme nights so it’s not always the same and snack bar is usually the same burgers pizza chicken nuggets chips but all look clean and the bar staff work really hard. Overall we have had amazing 10 days as it’s also walking distance to front of the beach we’re all the shops and restaurants are if you fancy a change. They also have Irish bar on site and if your staying in the hotel longer than 7 days you can book in for a meal there and you get drink free it was very nice. You can also go in there on night you have to pay for your drinks in there but they are a lot cheaper as you get discount and it has sky sports and a pool table so good afternoon watching the footy the only thing what let it down was the air con within the room we got given two cards so we kept one in to keep the air con on at all times so the room was cool when we went back to the room Which did help a little as you felt it when you first got it but it certainly needs replacing as I usually have to turn the air con off on a night but not this one as ir was very hot! However we would go back just take hand held fans with you so you can at least get ready ha ha!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week here. I can not speak highly enough of the team at this hotel and the atmosphere they create. Shahaid on reception was brilliant from arrival to departure. His smile made everyone feel welcome from the second they walked through the door. Giovanni in guest services was ace. He looked after us with a few things and remembered stuff about us he didn’t need to. Really excellent. Claudia and the animation team were nothing short of exceptional - they kept things going from morning till night. The bar team were equally as brilliant! Our room overlooked the pool and had everything we needed, great air con, comfy beds and it was clean (although I didn’t talk to any of the housekeepers I know they worked hard). The food was exactly as it needed to be, something for everyone. I find people whinging about sunbeds a little silly to be honest. The game of getting one has been going on forever and won’t change. If you don’t want to get up early and sort yours well then you won’t get a good one. It’s simple! The hotel is a five minute walk from the beach and has some good shops close by. We booked independently so had to get a bus back to the airport. The bus stop was a two minute walk. There are a couple of things I thought could’ve been better but not enough to complain about. Thank you for having us!

Wow, I don’t think I’ve been on a holiday where I’ve actually looked forward to going home. This hotel is a 3 star at an absolute push. I have never known anything like this place. People putting towels out at 6am sometimes earlier, overcrowded pools, people vaping on the edge of the pool, dirty nappy left under a sunbed. Food was okay. 3 out of 4 of us had upset stomachs throughout the trip though. The only positive about this hotel is the staff, who are genuinely helpful, happy and pleasant during your stay. Never again.
