Just returned from an 11 night stay as a family of four with two small children (3 and 18 months). We had a lovely time and would return. The rooms were spacious, clean and fairly modern. It had everything we needed and the kitchenette was particularly useful for preparing milk for our toddler. Air con worked well and we found the beds comfortable. The food was really great. We never had to queue for a table and the à la carte lunch was particularly nice. The staff were friendly and efficient. The pools were nice, however the kids splash pool was always very quiet and the bar at this pool was never open. This was a real shame and meant a 10 minute round trip to get a drink from the main pool bar. If this bar was open I think more families would use this pool. We were also disappointed that the kids club was only open in the morning (10:30-13:00). It would have been nice to have the option of going in there later in the afternoon. The entertainment team were good and very friendly. Our kids loved the mini disco and also enjoyed the evening entertainment. When we first arrived it was unclear when the mini disco would start (poster said 20:15 when in fact it started at 20:30 every night) . It was then moved to 20:00 on our final night. A bit more clarity would be good for families trying to plan dinner to make sure they get to the disco! We found the location fine. We hired bikes with child seats and it took about 10 minutes to reach Pollensa via a cycle lane. Would highly recommend! Overall, there were a few small niggles, but overall we had a fantastic time and would come back in the future.

Second time visiting this hotel, we had a very enjoyable stay again! Lovely and clean, very welcoming and friendly staff. Food is great, drinks are good. It would be nice to see some more cocktails included in the all inclusive eg pina colada. Lunch is great, you order off the menu and everything is made fresh to order. Staff are very quick and efficient. Rooms are a decent size and beds are comfy. It’s usually not that hard to get a sun lounger which is good. Hotel doesn’t seem overcrowded even during peak season. We would love to return again!

Booked into a one bedroom apartment on the first floor, Block 6, room 6201. Theres NO lift and there are 16 steps to the apartment so a little awkward when carrying luggage and I would presume even more precarious if you have children. The balcony was fabulous with table and chairs facing south towards a couple of pools. I have to say I was really pleased with what was inside the apartment. It was spacious with adequate seating, (sofa bed), two TVs (one in lounge and one in bedroom. Not much access to British TV, we found three channels, Wi-Fi was average but kept on dropping in and out from the bedroom, balcony and at the pool opposite our apartment and at the hotels main pool. A small kitchenette had everything that you would need for an 1-2 week stay and there is an on-site minimart and ATM where you can get bits and pieces. Expensive though €3.60 for a 1l of milk! No charge for safe, but tourist tax is payable on check in The bed was hard (don’t mind hard beds) and pillows were terrible. The back of the apartment faced a small surface road Sadly we were woken up several times in the morning by trucks, dustbin collectors, delivery vans, people talking loudly etc etc. the window is not properly double glazed and as the back faced the road, it was pretty noisy from 5am even with earplugs Air con worked well. Sofa wasn’t comfy enough to sit on for a long time. Both pools were immaculate and surrounding grass were well maintained. This side was quieter and more geared to families with babies looking at the size of one of the pools and the location of the apartments. Loads of beds in both areas when we were here early September. The main pool was at the back of the hotel, a lot busier, with the pool restaurant, where they played music, staff wandering round trying to get you to engage in games. ie water polo, darts etc. A lovely member of staff was going round adjusting peoples umbrellas so they were kept in the shade. What a star. Domestics clean to a really good standard (don’t clean 2 days a week) Theres a bus stop two minutes from the hotel that takes you to Alcudia or Puerto Pollensa port. We made the mistake of just taking cash with us and they charge you 40% more on the bus if you are paying by cash, so remember to take your debit card with you or Apple Pay ….there’s no prepaid method card here Lots of lovely restaurants at the port and in Alcudia. It takes about 10 mins to get there by bus. Allcudia 15. Transfer from airport was 1 hr and 20 and that was with an 11 seater mini bus. We travelled with TUI. All in all, we had a lovely relaxing time and would definitely return
