The hotel was very nice and the staff very, very attentive and always well-disposed.

The rooms were compact but had everything you needed. Wonderful sea view. The trip from the airport was good. All the staff were wonderful. The hotel was always spotless and very modern.

Our stay at Grupotel Molins Cala Sant Vicente was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Every single member of staff was outstanding. They were warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Despite the extreme heat during our stay, everyone greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The food was absolutely incredible. Every meal was beautifully presented, cooked to perfection, and full of flavour. A special mention goes to the spectacular lunch time chefs, Javier, and Sébastien, whose talent and passion were evident in every dish. Dining with the breathtaking sea views made every breakfast and dinner even more special. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable. The stunning Cala Molins beach is literally across the road. You just cross the street and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. The charming town of Pollença is also only a 10-minute drive away, making it the perfect place to explore the local culture, shops, and restaurants. Another fantastic touch is the complimentary valet parking service. As soon as you arrive, the staff take care of your car and park it in the hotel's free car park just a minute away, making the whole arrival process effortless and stress-free. The hotel itself is immaculate, with spotless rooms and beautifully maintained facilities. Everything is cared for to the highest standard. In the evenings, there is excellent entertainment, providing the perfect way to relax after a day by the sea. Finally, we would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the amazing team who made our holiday so memorable. A special thank you to Lorena, Carmen, Jamie, Jaume, Lolo, Pedro, Angelo, Matthew and Luis, as well as everyone else whose names we may have forgotten. Your kindness, professionalism, warmth, and constant smiles made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. You are a credit to this wonderful hotel. We cannot recommend Grupotel Molins highly enough. It offers exceptional service, outstanding food, spectacular views, immaculate facilities, and a perfect beachfront location.
