Miramar Hotel

Near to perfect as you can get for a sea based reserved holiday. Hotel has been managed and modernised by the same family for over 100 years. Wonderful blend of old world Mallorca and modern facilities. Standards are maintained ay high level, but atmosphere and staff are welcoming. My advice is to push budget for seafront room so you can enjoy the amazing bay views. Location is simply exceptional. No cars to front of hotel, private gated terrace and beach immediately to front of hotel and all of Puerto Pollenca's many restaurants, bars and shops within a minutes walk. The hotel is located on the Pinewalk, a famous path that follows the shoreline around the bay, a wonderful way to get your steps in!

Lovely hotel in the perfect location. The staff are amazing and work very hard. We ate in the restaurant on 2 occasions and both times the food was very good. Sitting on the terrace early evening for a pre dinner drink with the view of the bay was lovely. I celebrated my birthday whilst we were there but this was not acknowledged at all even though I had emailed the hotel before our arrival to check if any upgraded rooms were available and had mentioned this. Nothing was expected but would have been nice. We were unfortunately not able to get a room with a sea view so were given a room which faces the back road behind the hotel. Although the room was comfortable and very clean we had a shared terrace rather than a balcony and unfortunately this gave no privacy in the room. We needed to close the voile curtain at all times and found the room very dark. This was I’m sure reflected in the cost. Overall it’s a beautiful hotel and we would definitely recommend it but definitely a sea view room is a must.

Lovely hotel we’ve used several times. Excellent location, lovely terrace, private jetty & beach. Charming staff. Great food choices. Private pool, gym & spa. We would recommend to anyone and have done.
