Hoposa Pollentia Hotel

We have just completed our 6th stay at the Pollentia Once again we had an excellent stay . The staff here are the main asset of the hotel . The reception team led by Andrea are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble , They work very hard and are very approachable The team led by Ellie at breakfast are so helpful , efficient and the team runs like clockwork . Tables are cleared promptly , the whole of the dining area is so clean and pristine . The choice of food at breakfast is so extensive . The room was once again cleaned to a high standard . A big shout out to Paquia who works so hard and ensures every room is cleaned in a timely manner , All of the house keeping team are friendly and also work hard . One aspect we missed was the opportunity to order room service for food in the evenings , We appreciate the fact that it wasn’t viable to open the restaurant . However the lunch time menu is superb and it would be useful if this menu could be made available after 4pm as people may want to access the variety of options available when they are ordering drinks from the bar . The manager is very pleasant and is keen to ascertain feedback from guests Once again the Pollentia didn’t disappoint and we will be back

Lovely hotel, great location opposite the beach and a short walk to many restaurants and bars. Helpful, friendly staff. Pool and beds are very nice. We will be back

From start to finish we have had a fantastic 5 days from sunbathing nights out and attending our nephews wedding (at another hotel) Room was fresh every day, bed was huge and there is plenty to eat at breakfast, Galliea is very polite with a smile There are plenty of restaurant’s along the front to choose from and wherever you eat you have a stunning view out to sea, we will definitely be back
