Inturotel Esmeralda Park

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A perfect destination hotel for both adults and kids. The location is fantastic, overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, with easy access to the beach and an ideal spot for swimming. There is so much to keep the kids entertained, including 2 pools, an on-site water park, kids’ clubs throughout the day and a kids’ disco every evening. There are also plenty of sun loungers, and the modern bedrooms have excellent air conditioning.They also have an exclusive adults pool for those looking for a quieter holiday. A special mention to Monica from Accommodation, who did an excellent job cleaning our room every day and was always so pleasant and friendly. The reception staff were also extremely helpful with all our itinerary arrangements. We would particularly like to thank Manuel, who came to our room to help us with our bags. This was greatly appreciated, especially as we were travelling with two young children. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families. We would definitely return! 🌞🌊❤️

Absolutely fantastic place to stay; our experience was positive from start to finish. The cleanliness, our suite, the staff, the food, drinks, pool, location plus welcoming atmosphere made our stay in Cala d’Or all the more enjoyable. Would highly recommend to couples/ families.

Very disappointing stay at Inturotel Esmeralda Park The hotel itself is in a beautiful location and looks lovely, but unfortunately there were a number of issues during our stay which really took away from the experience. Before our holiday, I specifically requested a ground-floor apartment because my mum uses a walking aid. Despite this, we were given a third-floor apartment. This was very disappointing, especially as I had made the request for a genuine reason. The lifts were out of order for a number of days, which made things even more difficult for my mum, this was not a small inconvenience for us, it was a huge problem. Having to use the stairs when you're using a walking aid is far from ideal. The showers were also out of order during our stay, which was very inconvenient. When you're paying a premium price for a holiday, you expect the basic facilities to be working. We also had a problem with tiny ants in the kitchen. The kitchen cupboards and worktop were covered in them. On the morning of our departure, our TUI transfer was due to collect us at 11.38am. We were at the pick-up point well in advance, as instructed, but the bus never arrived. I first went to reception to ask for help contacting the TUI representative, but the attitude of the staff member I dealt with was absolutely disgusting. I was told it had nothing to do with the hotel. I then contacted TUI myself and, after waiting and explaining what had happened, was eventually advised to get a taxi to the airport so we wouldn't risk missing our flight. The attitude of the staff was one of the worst parts of our stay. Every time I went to reception, there seemed to be guests complaining about something, and the response from the staff was often rude and completely unhelpful. There was very little empathy or willingness to actually resolve people's problems. You got the impression that they simply didn't care. It's such a shame because the hotel itself has so much potential. The location and grounds are beautiful, but when you're paying a premium price, you expect working facilities, basic cleanliness and, most importantly, staff who actually want to help their guests. Sadly, we left feeling very disappointed and I wouldn't choose to stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel.
