Firstly the hotel looks great following the renovations. Staff are friendly and always being cleaned so great experience. Also in great location, close to everything. My biggest praise is the customer service, if I could I would give them 10 stars. My husband left his phone in taxi on the way to airport and were passed security before noticing, the hotel were amazing I rang them to help contact the taxi company, and spoke to Dave (and a lady who sorry I cant remember her name) who were on it straight away, went above and beyond to help me and managed to get it returned to the hotel and arranged to send it home to me. After they amazing support from the hotel and lovely stay I will 100% be returning to this hotel. Thank you, so much for your help many hotels would not have helped like yourselves as it wasnt any fault of the hotel yet they stepped up to help me, I couldnt thank you enough.

Stayed here last week for 4 nights 5 days ,lovely modern hotel ,apartments are very modern and a good size for 3 people with everything you need for self catering ,we were in block k ,few minutes walk from reception at the back of the grounds overlooking road behind ,no noise at all,pool area lovely seemed to be plenty sun loungers ,never struggled getting any on a afternoon as pool area was not very busy ,probably busier in July and August,very handy for beach ,shops,bars and restaurants, would definitely stay here again .

Just back from a 10-day holiday and, having stayed at this hotel several times before, we were looking forward to coming back. Overall, we had a lovely holiday. The refurbishment of the rooms and pool area is fantastic and has really improved the hotel. However, there were a few issues this time around… Air conditioning — absolutely rubbish. Oddly, the old system was very good, but the new system appears to be connected to a central system and I strongly suspect it is being restricted centrally. We had the air con set to various temperatures between 16–18°C, but despite running it for hours, we struggled to get the room below 24°C. Regularly woke up sweating during the night, only to find the air con had reset itself to 25°C. This seemed to happen every few hours, so I suspect it’s a central setting. We did raise this with reception, but unfortunately nothing was done. At a 4-star hotel, you would expect to be able to adequately cool your room, particularly when you’re trying to sleep. Stag dos / large groups This is an issue repeatedly mentioned on here. As the weekend approaches, large groups seem to take over the hotel. Unfortunately, this time we had a particularly upsetting incident where a drunken idiot, completely off his face at around 5pm, made lewd comments towards my partner. We were away with our one-year-old, so this really wasn’t what we expected or wanted from our holiday. To the hotel’s credit, once we reported it, the manager took the incident very seriously and showed a lot of concern for my partner, which we really appreciated. That said, it comes back to the same issue we’ve raised before — the hotel needs to decide who it wants to cater for. Large groups of 20+ men coming away to drink themselves into oblivion every day don’t really go hand in hand with families with babies and young children. We still had a lovely holiday and there are plenty of positives, but these are things that definitely need addressing if the hotel wants to maintain its appeal to families as well as groups.
