The location was fine and as you expect from a front line location in Puerta de Pollenca the view of the bay is beautiful. However, we paid for a front premium apartment with sea view and here is the issue. The premium apartments are the front 4 from what I can gather and they are very different in my opinion in as much as the two top floor apartments have the best view and don't have a huge area of retractable roof with a massive Spa Sign attached to it right in front of the 2 lower floor balconies. They would also not be blinded at around 11 o clock by the lights that shine up at you like search lights during the re traction of the roof to the Spar. This is also very noisy both during the re traction and set up at 0700 in the morning. This somewhat spoils the view and the people watching ability along with somehow ruining every photo you take of the view without some careful cropping afterwards. That said, the Spa shop was very useful and the staff are all very cheerful and friendly! The apartment itself was a bit tired but not unpleasant. The shower as other reviews have pointed out was constantly changing temperature between scolding and freezing but I countered this with just having a Luke warm shower (temperatures were around 35-37 during our stay). Kitchen is very small but adequate if you are only making breakfast and light snacks like sandwiches etc. The fridge was handy and there is a kettle and toaster. The rooms are quite noisy due to the construction as per most older buildings. Cleaners came round once a week and you could get extra pillows if requested and there is cupboard for loo rolls etc down in the reception. The pool looked really nice but we didn't use it as the beach was so inviting. This is a great stretch of beach, we have been coming to PP for the last 10 years and sometimes twice a year and we hadn't quite stayed as far from the port as this before. It was the best bit of beach we have come across for swimming etc. Overall, this block of apartments is perfectly adequate, clean and well located (just far enough away from any real noise but not too far from the port etc). My biggest problem with this place is that it really isn't good value for money in my opinion. Frontline apartments should be valued by size and view and this one unfortunately was a bit too small and the view was obscured by the Spa shop underneath. But, I am quite picky due to the other places I have stayed over the last ten years. PP is starting to become a bit over priced on the front line and this is a shame as it is the view that everyone stays here for. Top tip - ask for one of the top floor apartments on the front of the block if you are booking a sea view premium apartment as they will have a better unobstructed view and will not be as noisy as the bottom 2 when the shop opens and closes. Top tip for the owners. Stop calling the bottom 2 premium front row apartments and lower the price to suit.

We were here as a family in August 2026. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay. The management was very rude, and important information was sometimes communicated to us very late. In addition, there were problems with charging the amount to the credit card that we had already provided during the online reservation, and we had to pay with a physical card at check-in; it was unclear and only communicated after 3 days. Overall, the communication and organization were disappointing. Room cramped, old, very damp, cleaning staff very rarely there. No beds are made fresh.

Just returned from a week here with my husband and our children (11 and 13). I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the apartments were. They’re compact—especially the kitchen—but perfectly functional, and the sofa beds worked well for the kids. We stayed in a ground‑floor apartment (Room 2). Although it was the only option available, it turned out to be ideal for quick access to the pool, and I’d recommend ground‑floor rooms for families. The complex was quiet, and we often had the pool to ourselves. The beach is also literally just across the road. The terrace was bigger than expected, with a table and chairs plus a large double sunbed and a cantilever parasol. Newly planted hedging will make it feel even more private as it grows. Reception staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There are plenty of restaurants along the walk into town, so you can choose to eat nearby or wander further. The only downside was the patchy Wi‑Fi—we often had to go to reception for a reliable connection. Overall, a great stay and we would happily recommend it.
