We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very good and the hotel well located, with beaches nearby, a bus stop, and a Spar right next door. The rooms are cleaned every day and the exterior is very pleasant, especially with the pool and the vegetation. The place is also quiet on the whole. On the other hand, a few points need to be improved: the water temperature varied a lot and we did not have hot water one evening. There were also a lot of insects in the room. In addition, we encountered a small problem: We were on a half-board plan: breakfast was served at the hotel, and for dinner, the hotel partners with a nearby restaurant. Unfortunately, on the first evening, when we arrived at the restaurant, the staff was not aware of our arrival and explained to us that they normally do not offer half-board during the summer because there are more people. This upset us a lot because we really felt like we were bothering them, and our first evening therefore did not go as planned. Finally, the restaurant agreed to accommodate us for the whole week, but with certain restrictions: we did not have access to all the dishes, and drinks as well as desserts were extra. Despite everything, we ate very well all week, and the restaurant staff was pleasant. The main problem was therefore primarily the communication between the hotel and the restaurant, which really needs to be improved in order to avoid this kind of situation, especially when guests have booked a half-board package. Furthermore, regarding the room, it was pleasant and the bathroom was very beautiful, entirely glass-walled, which gives a nice look. However, humidity spread throughout the room after a shower. Despite these few negative points, we had a very good week and have very fond memories of our stay in Mallorca.

Last day ruined Before we decided on this hotel, we asked by phone what the situation was with a late checkout on the last day, and later by email as well, since we saw on the website that the normal checkout is only until 11 a.m. We were told this is no problem at all and we can gladly do that. On-site, we checked in, and the next day we asked early on that we would like to book the late checkout for 30€. This was also the only reason why we booked this hotel, as we wanted a late checkout that was promised to us in advance. Thereupon we were told we have to come by for that on the last day. We then went there on the last day and wanted to book it, then we were told no, unfortunately that is not possible, everything is full, we have to get ready in the public shower if we want to stay a bit longer. Now we know that we were stalled with the hope that someone would cancel on the last day and we would receive the late checkout with a bit of luck. All our clothes got wet, the suitcases dirty, and worst of all, our entire day that we had completely planned beforehand was completely ruined. Suddenly no one knows which employee promised us this, and we were robbed of our last day.

Everything was great except for the bar man. Be warned, if you are in the que for happy hour drinks, he stops serving at exactly 5.30. It doesn't matter how long you have been in the que for. They need a more efficient bar man with a nicer attitude.
