Eden Lago

I found the hotel to be excellent and would definitely return. The reception team were very friendly and helpful. The house maids always said hello and left the rooms spotless. The animation team were very welcoming and put on a good range of activities, the mini disco was particularly popular and the restaurant staff provided good food and friendly service.

We had a great time, the hotel had great amenities and very attentive and friendly staff, especially mr. Daniel and mrs. Carmen. Thank you for you efforts to make our experience pleasant and unique . -Marco

We stayed B&B at the hotel as we like to explore and eat at local restaurants. However, our experience in the hotel was amazing. Clean rooms, and daily cleaning from our lovely Monica. We also had a great bar experience from our friend Tomek, who has lived in Mallorca for over 20 years! He was friendly, chatty, and had the best customer service. We love to chat, and Tomek made the experience great! Thank you for the great bar service, Tomek. Another lovely lady in reception, Carmel or Carmen, I didn’t quite catch her name tag. However, she had the most welcoming smile and did her upmost to ensure we we greeted with every question with a smile on her face and was so helpful. We loved this hotel, and we will be back!
