Absolutely amazing!
Everything was incredible at this place. We stayed for 4 days and did not want those days to end.
Everything was perfected, and we had a stunning room with a private pool. We experienced fantastic service from the staff, who were very attentive to us.
It was amazing to sit every morning and eat breakfast with a view of the stunning landscape and an infinity pool.
The spa area, the gym, the sun loungers and private areas, the restaurant, and high-quality toiletries in the room — all in all, a fantastic experience. We will defenitely come back
Thank you Es Turo

We had been eyeing this small, charming finca hotel for a long time and really wanted to try it out. This year the time finally came and we booked five days with half board.
What can I say? By and large, it was exactly as we had hoped and imagined.
We had booked a deluxe room with spa access, but were initially accommodated in a standard double room upon arrival. Honestly, we only noticed this the next day after we had looked at the room photos again and our gut feeling said: "Something is not right here." At breakfast, we brought this up in a friendly manner and received our booked room immediately afterward without any discussion. We would like to express our explicit thanks for that.
There is really nothing to complain about regarding breakfast. The buffet was varied, fresh, and high-quality. There was muesli, fresh fruit, cheese, cold cuts, sweet dishes, various yogurts, as well as freshly prepared egg dishes upon request. In addition, a large selection of hot and cold drinks, various coffee specialties, cocoa, freshly squeezed orange juice, as well as flavored water with mint or orange. Those who wish can even find alcoholic beverages. The service was attentive and friendly – sometimes, however, a bit too quick when clearing the plates.
We also really enjoyed the dinner as part of the half-board. The selection ranged from Spanish paella to calamari and poultry or meat dishes to delicious vegetarian meals. Since the hotel belongs to the Cassai group, we already knew some dishes from the restaurants in Ses Salines and Colònia de Sant Jordi, where we have also eaten very well several times.
Unfortunately, there was a small discrepancy at check-out: Our booked half-board was apparently not correctly recorded in the system, so all dinners were initially to be charged additionally. However, the misunderstanding was cleared up immediately and corrected right away. There seems to be an internal communication problem here occasionally, but fortunately it was easy to resolve.
After we had moved into our correct room, we were thrilled. The freshly renovated annex with its own pool, newly laid-out parking spaces, and a lovingly designed garden area conveys a very pleasant atmosphere. Our room was bright, modern, generously laid out, and left almost nothing to be desired. The exceptionally large shower was particularly impressive – theoretically, three people could have showered there at the same time without any problems.
We did have one small note regarding the lighting in the bathroom: The lamp on the mirror is unfortunately positioned so awkwardly that you can neither look at yourself properly in the mirror nor keep your head safe from it. A different position would certainly have made sense here.
The room service worked very carefully and reliably. The entire hotel complex was extremely well-maintained and clean. We personally found the beds to be a bit too hard or not quite as comfortable. However, that is, as is well known, a matter of taste.
We also particularly liked the beautiful infinity pool, the spa area, and the excellently equipped gym. A real highlight for us were the huge cacti on the grounds – we had never seen such specimens before.
Our conclusion: We can unreservedly recommend this small, lovingly managed finca hotel. Minor organizational errors or details hardly matter in light of the beautiful grounds, the friendly staff, the very good cuisine, and the relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back.

My wife and I had a very relaxing 5 night stay in a junior suite. The room was very spacious with an outdoor terrace and a small pool which is shared with two other suites. The hotel itself is well kept and has a very relaxed atmosphere. The main pool was great during the day and was perfect for couples and families.
We ate breakfast each morning in the restaurant however found the service to be slow and unresponsive. Some mornings we weren’t offered coffee and had to chase this with staff which was frustrating when we didn’t have coffee facilities in the room. As a result we ventured out of the hotel for lunch and dinner each day/night. Additionally, the hotel did not provide any complimentary water in the room and instead charged €3 per bottle which didn’t sit well. The level of communication was also poor at check in.
Overall we enjoyed our stay however our experience could have been so much better if the level of service was improved.
We also experienced the same poor service at Cassai Beach House which we visited once for lunch.
