The apartment and the whole complex are in a very neat, clean condition and look modern and welcoming. There is free parking just outside the entrance. The outdoor area/courtyard is lovingly designed for all ages and many interests. There is a rich coffee and snack bar and a simple roof terrace with views over the whole of Colonia. Our apartment was on the 1. OG. It was clean and very welcoming prepared. Due to the cold outside temperatures, preheating has already taken place.:) We felt right at home. The kitchen with coffee machine and capsules was adequately equipped, the bathroom is spacious and modern, the two bedrooms are modern and cozy. From both rooms there is access to the quiet balcony with a sweet hanging armchair. And: despite the climate, we could in no way detect moisture or a dirty smell, as is often the case in comparable objects. Top: very courteous guest service 24/7 by phone or Whatsapp. All in all highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, friends or (especially young) families. Note: no elevator available. We would definitely come back!

Super nice apartments, great location (6min to the beach, supermarket and delicious tapas bar right in the street). Landlord always available and super friendly. Towels and beach towels were easily changed if needed. We will be back:)

Magnificent, I already knew him and he's been flawless again. Cleanliness, and a soft lingerie, as well as the comfort of the beds. Tranquility is another important factor to highlight, besides being in a central location, close to the port and beaches. Unbeatable planning and contact.
