The staff was friendly and the furniture/amenities were generally high-quality. Our room was also quiet. The pool is small, but nice and well-maintained. Unfortunately, we were not at all satisfied with our apartment in the annex. We had room 300B on the 2nd. Floor. The annex does not match the hotel shown in the pictures in terms of appearance and overall impression. Our impression was also that many of the hotel photos were taken with a strong wide-angle lens, which makes the rooms appear much more spacious than they actually are. The apartment felt very cramped overall. Honestly, we cannot understand the stated 45 m² for this room. The toilet and the kitchen in particular were extremely small. The balconies are designed in such a way that the neighbors can look directly into the living room or bedroom. Privacy is therefore hardly guaranteed. The view was directly of the tennis court. There was also a big surprise with the bed: We had booked a double bed, but were informed neither in advance nor upon arrival that it was only 1.40 m wide. We had to discover this ourselves or ask about it. For us as a family, this bed width is very uncomfortable. There were additional shortcomings: The refrigerator was partially defective or so inconveniently designed that larger bottles could not be placed inside. The air conditioning was very loud, so restful sleep with the air conditioning on was hardly possible. Without air conditioning, however, it was uncomfortably hot. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. We addressed the shortcomings on-site. Since we had only booked two nights, moving after the first night was not really an option for us. It was all the more disappointing that we were not offered a price reduction despite our complaints. We were at this hotel three years ago, back then in the main building, and were significantly more satisfied. Our recommendation would therefore be to book a room in the F-category with a pool view if possible. These seem more spacious and better laid out. Conclusion: Friendly staff, high-quality amenities, and a beautiful pool. However, our apartment 300B was unfortunately a big disappointment for us. In our view, the price-performance ratio is not right here. Based on our previous experience, we would rather recommend the main building – but not the apartment in the annex.

We have stayed here for 5 nights. Location wise the hotel is great there are a few things that really do let the hotel down. We were firstly put in room a16, great size but the room is a basement room, it smells damp and is very dark, the patio is also overgrown and unkept. In the morning you can hear all the staff in the staff room which is very loud at 7am. We asked to be moved which the receptionist was very accommodating. We were moved but the room was half the size (tiny) but didn't smell damp and was bright and airy. Secondly the pool area, it's very nice but not very well kept, the pool needs cleaning as it's full of leaves and dirt and has got worse over the 5 days we have been here. Lastly the room service, we were dissapointed with the rooms, the beds were never made, the pillow cases are too small on the pillows and our room was left open by the maid, when we told reception they didn't seem bothered his exact reaction was "so?" Not ideal when all our belongings are in an open room. Perks of the hotel, reception smells amazing, the beds are comfy and the free padel courts are a bonus! I would reccomend to stay here but I think the hotel staff need to up their game or more staff are needed.
