Very good hotel with excellent staff, Flor and her colleagues are very competent. The food needs improvement. Cucumber, grated carrots, olives, etc. it's every day... the dishes are homemade, but lack variety. spaghetti, lasagna, meatballs, pasta with tomato sauce, meh... The entertainment team is not up to par (maybe end of season) No board in the hotel to announce the daily program, just an app on which you can check the program or not. For young people, maybe, but the others????? Nothing beats human contact. Result, nonexistent programs with no participants. Sad afternoons for the people who stay around the pool.

We had a really lovely holiday and I would especially like to mention the reception team, who were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. I travelled with my mum, and this was her first proper holiday in a very long time, so it meant a lot to us that we were looked after so well. As a wonderful surprise, our room was upgraded and we were given one of the best rooms on the 7th floor, with a beautiful sea view. It made the holiday feel even more special for my mum. The room was very clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The location of the hotel is also excellent — the beach is only around a 5-minute walk away, and there is a shop right next to the hotel. The food was always fresh and there was a good choice available. We stayed on an All Inclusive basis. The selection of included drinks could have been a little wider, but a big positive was that we received 50% discount on all other drinks not included in the All Inclusive package. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, spacious and comfortable rooms, good food, excellent location and, most importantly, the kindness and helpfulness of the reception staff made our holiday very memorable. A special thank you to the team for making my mum’s first proper holiday in such a long time so special. We would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely consider returning.

Very successful 11-day stay. The staff is smiling and available. The beach is very close, as are the restaurants and bars. The bus stop next to the hotel. You can go through the hotel to rent a car. A plus would be a rate for renting beach lounge chairs for hotel guests. Very spacious room and magnificent view. A big thank you to Flor at the front desk, as well as to the three entertainers, without forgetting Andrés and Manuel, and not forgetting the rest of the staff.
