Excellent hotel with Excellent services. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Its our third year here and highly recommend

We stayed at Zafiro Mallorca for one week mid September as a family, myself, my husband and our 20 month old daughter and had a wonderful stay. This is the first time we've stayed at a family friendly, resort type hotel and we worried if it would suit us but we were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay. We upgraded to half board because it was such a small cost more than bed and breakfast but expected to eat out of the hotel most evenings (not normally being a fan of buffets), actually we found we enjoyed the food at the main buffet restaurant was so much (the seafood evening was our favourite) and also catered so well to our daughter with both food, high chairs and children's plates, cups etc. that we didn't eat out at all in the evenings. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities a lot during the day, enjoying the pool, splash pad, play park and daily mini games and mini disco with the entertainment team and Yzzy the hotel mascot. It rained one afternoon of our stay and the hotel put children's films on in the lounge bar so there was still something to entertain little ones. Overall, I have to say the entertainment team are FANTASTIC and our daughter was enamored by them, she can normally be quite shy but by the end of the week she wanted to dance with everyone and was obsessed with Yzzy because they were so warm and had put her at such ease! In terms of the room, we had a suite with a garden, we found everything to be clean and tidy with plenty of wardrobe space to unpack and the bed was very comfy. We didn't use the self catering facilities other than the fridge and to make sandwiches a couple of lunch times but there was a toaster, kettle and hob too - one of our only complaints was the lack of coffee making facilities in the room (not even a cafetiere or similar). The garden was a really good size to relax in while our daughter napped of to hang out for a bit in the day and watch our resident garden cats playing! I would definitely stay at a Zafiro hotel again but I would probably choose a different location as Can Picafort itself was fine, but not somewhere that enticed us to venture out and explore. We did get the bus to Alcudia Old Town for the Sunday market which was well worth a trip but very busy!

It is always waiting to see if what you have researched is what you expect from it. Well, Zafiro Mallorca, you met our expectations. Good service, friendly staff, and the rooms, swimming pools, entertainment, buffets, everything well organized. We also had a wonderful week and really enjoyed our vacation with you. A beautiful memory of our 40th wedding anniversary with our family. Sybrand and team, Thanks!
