I had an absolutely great 3 nights in this hotel, everything was spotlessly clean, the food was varied and enjoyable and the beach was around a 2 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful with any queries and always super friendly.

Common areas too small for the number of guests (bar, restaurant), impossible to eat outside, for example. Ridiculously small pool and nearby beach overcrowded. Very noisy environment due to the numerous activities at the pool (making it inaccessible for cooling off), as well as at the restaurant bar. Lack of umbrellas. Problems with towels on the lounge chairs. Lack of resources for evening entertainment. The all-inclusive is useless because the drinks offered are disappointing, except for the paid ones. No bottled water offered, only self-service water (group of 8, all sick for 1 to 2 days). The elevators (2) are insufficient and almost always broken, forcing you to walk up 6 floors (or more) to get to the rooms. Friendly staff and decent food. Clean establishment.

We had an excellent week. Varied activities, pool with a slide, beach 5 minutes away on foot. Several activities throughout the week, pétanque, darts, water aerobics, ping-pong, water polo, and other games, cocktail, blind test. All accompanied by a top-notch entertainment team.
