Kilimanjaro

Stayed with my husband and son for three nights in August. Room was clean, with basic amenities, but refreshed decor in room and hallways. Staff was friendly and helpful at reception, answering questions on the area and transport options. We liked the selection at breakfast, appreciated the staff replenishing the stations until close, especially since our teenage son always came late and hungry. We enjoyed the rooftop pool with loungers and bar.

We stayed from 08/23/2026 to 08/30/2026 together with some friends at the hotel. Unfortunately, they found their suitcase open; it was locked with a code and it was forced, and a sum of cash was stolen from them. We informed the management; they replied that they trust their staff even though they saw the broken suitcase.... we filed a report with the local police...... I do not recommend this hotel because they do not offer security and it is a lack of respect for tourists... they laugh in your face. TERRIBLE. WARNING!!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!

Unfortunately, a terrible experience. During our stay, we found our suitcase open in the room and discovered that a sum of cash was missing. We immediately informed the management and proceeded to file a formal report with the police authorities. A very serious incident that demonstrates a total lack of security for the rooms and guests' personal belongings. We strongly advise against this property.
