Maria Luisa

We had a room with a balcony that you could see the sea and that was at the end of the hotel, so a good spot. The room and balcony were of a good size and were very clean and tidy. The room was a tiny bit tired in places but nothing that a bit of fresh silicone and paint couldn't fix. The hotel was in a great spot to go and explore several coves and the marina, and the local beach to the hotel is within a stones throw so that was great. We took a local bus to Palma too which was really cheap and easy to do and only took 15mins. The breakfast had a great selection all of which was fresh and delicious, and with fresh waffles or omelettes made before you. The staff at dinner were so lovely, especially Enrique, who we talked to a lot and was so sweet, he helped me with learning a little Spanish and how to pronounce things. We'll definitely be back, thank you for a lovely stay

Close to a lovely cove. Quiet hotel. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Great base for exploring Portals nous and Palma. Only 25 min from airport.

Good and very quietly located hotel, in the middle of a residential area. Rooms and service, without complaints. We found the atmosphere to be very friendly, unobtrusive, and distinguished. The included breakfast deserves a mention. Diverse, rich, leaves nothing to be desired. Seating in the interior (air-conditioned) or exterior area, shaded, is possible. Our conclusion: gladly again. A word on arrival and departure. We chose the bus from the airport to Portals Nous, problem-free, quick, inexpensive, as always on Mallorca. The walk from the bus stop to the hotel was stated as 800-1,000 meters, which was correct. However, Portals Nous is hilly with, in some parts, steep inclines. Which can be challenging with 40kg of luggage on two wheels at almost 40°C. Anyone who wants to avoid that should opt for a taxi or hotel transfer bus.
