We went to have dinner at the restaurant with a reservation made 5 days in advance and were met with the unpleasant surprise that, without prior notice, we could not order anything, nor did they have a menu; they only offered us a 5-course tasting menu. There was no other option. A total scam. Of course, we did not stay for dinner, despite the distance traveled, since it is not close to our home.
I will not return to this establishment. A customer should not be treated this way. The manager did apologize several times, though.
and he told us that other guests had left for the same reason.
