I dont even know where to start my disappointment of this hotel.. even in an airbnb the host is nicer and more helpful than the staff in this hotel. Honestly, 10 of 10 occasion any request is a failure and the answer is no.. Starting at our check-in, our room was prepared for someone else, there was a baby bed in our room (when we are 2 girls, obviously not bringing a baby) and a message left on the table from the hotel manager to someone else. We informed the reception, all of this after midnight, and they said it’s fine there was a change of rooms… we accepted the situation without complains, and went to take a shower and to sleep. Once my friend laid down, she felt man perfume on the pillow. It literally smelled like someone just laid down on the pillow freshly perfumed… and apart this the room did smell dirty and not freshly cleaned. We asked for another room, however the receptionist said they don’t have availability for that night, they can change the sheets and the next day we can get another room. Well, they didnt change the Sheets, they brought new ones to change for ourselves 😂😂 The next morning we asked for the new room as we were really feeling that we just got someone else’s room, the answer from the receptionist was that they dont do such thing… then I asked to speak with the customer care, who said again that they can clean the room, and that they dont have availiability for free rooms but tomorrow it will be her first thing to personally let us know - well, WE NEVER HEARD OF HER AGAIN.. 😂😂 To continue, small things happened compared to this, but Still annoying. - the first day there was no available towels for us - no available sunbeds - i asked for a glass of ice at the pool for my water, they said : “i give you now but next one pay” 😂😂😂 f*ck it honestly in a 4 star hotel, i can pay your ice really…😂😂 it just feels humiliating that this is how you treat your guests. - at dinner, one night i asked for a glass of white wine, i got it in a PLASTIC GLASS - whaat??!!😂 - another dinner we asked for 2 glasses of white wines, received 2 glasses of red wines .. - i tried to ask the Bar for a coke zero at 11.30 pm, obviously the answer is no because they are closing. We are staying here 2 other nights, our flight is at 23.00 in the evening, I am already afraid to ask if we can stay at the place during the day as our flight is so late, and if we can have a place to shower…. The only things that i can say positive is that the pool area is nice, close to the beach, dinner is at a nice location and the live music is a good entertainment during the evening. Everything else is catastrophic, i really feel bad of how I am treated here as a guest 🥲🥲🥲

A superb stay in Mallorca with very attentive staff from the beginning to the end of the stay. Already 15 stays since 2014 in this hotel, and apart from a bad experience two years ago, this hotel keeps all its appeal, but on the condition of taking the Level service which allows - Having a room with a better location - Having breakfast in peace and quiet - Having access to beach chairs by the beach when those at the pool are too busy, which is unfortunately often the case with guests who reserve their spots for the day and spend little time there. - Having access to a cool VIP area Admittedly one of the elevators was broken, but although staying on a high floor, the inconvenience was minimal.

From the information online I thought this hotel was suitable for our August trip, I had booked and paid in advance from August 9 to 26 for 2 people and from August 9 to 23 for 3 people in my family. Very serious mistake. The hotel is far from being a 4-star, apart from the suites which were fine and clean, everything else was disappointing and quite dirty, the seats at dinner were dirty and I had to insist to have my table changed, the various tables and plastic placemats were cleaned with the same rag, without any cleaning product, the beach is non-existent, if we don't want to consider two concrete slabs forming platforms (only one for the level) on which to place umbrellas and sunbeds, and between the two platforms a drainage canal flows out. The restaurant for dinner is in a separate hotel building, separated from the level, which can only be accessed from the outside and by going up three flights of stairs, only one of which is equipped with a stair lift, once I reached the assigned table I had to wait 40 minutes to get two bottles of water and a glass of wine, due to scarce, inattentive and poorly trained staff. At this point we decided to leave the hotel from August 11, completely giving up what we had previously paid for the entire stay. Regarding our complaints, to apologize (but only after being prompted) they waived the cost of two lunches. Obviously we will never return.
