The hotel scores above all with its really great location right on the beach at the level of Balneario 11. It is pleasantly quiet and relaxed here, at the same time the well-known party locations on the Playa de Palma are quickly accessible if you want that. A very good mix for us. The pool area is also nicely designed, and the rooftop pool in particular offers a really great view. In general, the ocean view is a big plus – you also have a wonderful view of the ocean from the rooms. However, you can tell in some places that the hotel is getting on in years and a renovation would do it good. In both pools – both on the roof and downstairs – the coating is peeling off in some places and clear stains can be seen on the pool walls. The shower in the room could also use an update. For a hotel in this location and price range, the maintenance could be a bit better in our view. My biggest point of criticism, however, is the pool area's opening hours. The pool officially only opens at 9:30 a.m., which is already very late for guests who would like to swim a few laps in the morning before breakfast or before starting their day. On top of that, even this time is not reliably kept. Sometimes it didn't open until 9:40 or 9:45 a.m. The area with the lounge chairs is also apparently made accessible at different times depending on the staff member. The fact that the lounge chairs are also partially reserved does not make it any better. Furthermore, you cannot get coffee at the bar before 9 a.m., only as part of breakfast in the restaurant. The breakfast is okay, but nothing special. Bottom line: a hotel with a fantastic location, great sea view, and beautiful outdoor areas that could significantly improve with a little more care and renovation. Above all, more reliable and earlier opening hours for the pool would be a big plus for me.

Positives - close to the beach, airport and transport services, the room was clean and spacious, amazing sea view, we used both pools the rooftop is a little warm so like sharing a bath but the weather was super hot! (Can’t be helped) the sun loungers were comfy, well spaced out and I loved the fact they don’t allow you to reserve beds and if you leave them unattended for 30 minutes or longer they remove them. (Unless you’re dining at the hotel) This is great because too many people reserve them and go out for the day when they could be used. The hotel staff were polite and friendly, the food and drink prices were reasonable. Negatives - no coffee or tea in the room, just fruit teas, for the price we paid - there should be coffee, the beds were so firm, it was like sleeping on a rock, the rooms also didn’t provide hair conditioner or replace glass water bottles after the first day (which isn’t expected but usually a nice touch) saves you buying plastic ones constantly. We was never informed that the hotel provided pool towels or how we could get them so we ended up buying two cheap ones. We asked if we could have a late check out and we was told we had to ask on the day, my husband asked the day before just to check again and they said they’d all been fully booked, we asked again on the day - now if they’ve been allowed to be booked prior to on the day, why were we told on the day. Also - we arrived at 2.30am in the morning so barely even used it for the ‘night’ so we should have had first priority for a late check out (even if we need to pay again) considering we paid full price for a few hours sleep!! That room would have made more money that day as we didn’t arrive until so late. That brings me on to my last point - we didn’t need to leave for the airport until 5ish and we checked out at 11 we was told we could use the spa rooms to get ready and oh my goodness were they hot! It was disgusting, after a shower I was dripping in sweat trying to do my hair and makeup for the airport - this wasn’t nice when you go to the airport you should feel refreshed ready for your flight. Due to the below improvements that need to be made this hotel is only a 4 for us.

Superb hotel. Privileged location: sea a few meters away, airport 10 minutes away, and very clean and well-maintained pools. Breakfast and evening meals of very good quality. The staff is competent and always smiling.
