Portocolom

From the welcome, to the entrance, the main courses and the desserts were excellent. The staff is very pleasant and attentive... an excellent gastronomic experience... we recommend it with our eyes closed..

This is a review of the restaurant. A beautiful location with a great menu and super service. Clearly well run and food choices and quality good value for money.

There has been NO hot water for 6 days. My 4 friends paid the full amount in cash at check-in. As a thank you, they were not informed that the hotel has technical problems with hot water. When complaining, we were always told to wait until the next day. How do you feel about having to wash your hair with cold water in the evening after swimming in the sea during your vacation? What is that? In further discussions, the manager of the hostel was "hidden" and not a single solution was offered in any regard. Absolutely unacceptable.
