Prinsotel la Pineda

The hotel is excellently equipped; during our 7 nights, we had the standard room once and the apartment with a whirlpool for 2 nights. The staff, the hospitality is outstanding. The staff speaks perfect German and is very helpful and attentive. We would always prefer the hotel and the apartment room with a whirlpool again. As a club guest, there is also the option to enjoy à la carte breakfast (only when booking an apartment room). There is a safe in the room and towels for the pool for a deposit fee of 20 euros, which will be refunded at the end of the vacation. The entertainment during the stay is varied and also excellently suited for children, including evening entertainment with music for old and young. The path to the beach is about 300 to 400 meters, but that was not a problem for us. Parking spaces for a rental car are sufficiently available in front of the hotel. There is also a minibar in the rooms. For club members, towels are even provided in the rooms multiple times a day, including emptying the trash cans. There is an adults-only pool for adults as well as a larger pool for all members, including children. We can ONLY recommend this hotel and will check in here again in the future.

Best honeymoon ever! The hotel is clean beautiful and the staff is very friendly. They bring us water every day, have cleaned the room toroughly every day and gave us clean towels. We had a really great time at this hotel. Also we had jacuzzi included in our room which was really clean, working properly and also cleaned while on our stay. 10/10 hotel.

The hotel is not really worth 4 stars. The service is not really there. The staff are all nice, but for... You have to take care of many things yourself. No coffee is brought to the table in the morning. You have to stand in a long line. The suitcases are not brought to the rooms. Room service only does the bare minimum. The food is really good. The cocktails are delicious. Otherwise, the hotel has really aged quite a bit. The best part of the vacation was the entertainment. The 4 girls really made the stay very nice for us guests.
