I’ve just returned from a week of pure bliss at the Biomar Sensatori with my daughter and felt compelled to write this review! We stayed in the adult only side so my review refers to that specifically. I always stay in 5 star hotels when I go away so I have a lot of comparisons, and this hotel exceeded almost all of them. When I say the staff are exemplary I truly mean it, they all go above and beyond to make your holiday special. From the amazing staff in the buffet, to the fantastic bar staff, they are all amazing and work so hard. This is especially relevant to the adult buffet / bar and outdoor pool bar / restaurant.
The food was very nice in the 3 restaurants we dined at but the service was not as good as in the other areas if I’m going to be picky. The food in the buffet was for us the best; immaculately presented, hot and great choices. I’m not normally a fan of AI buffets but this was a different level to any others I’ve experienced.
The room was spacious and gorgeous and kept very clean by the housemaids who were very prompt at cleaning early on. All of the hotel is immaculate.
Then there’s the general manager, he is an absolute credit to the hotel and I’m quite sure he is the reason behind it being so amazing. He is always present and involved with the guests and staff alike, chatting to everyone making sure they’re having a good time. I’ve never encountered that before and it really stood out. He is such a lovely man and works very hard to keep everything running smoothly.
