Hotel was beautiful, had the most amazing experience with my boyfriend! Hotel location was very good, lovely little town with restaurants, cafes and little shops near by and beaches! Hotel staff were very nice! We went for all inclusive, it is definitely worth it, for the drinks, lunches were very nice! Breakfast and dinner was a bit hit and miss, by I am a fussier eater! So we ended up eating out most evenings and made the most of the pizza on site which you get 20% off if you choose the all inclusive! Pools was lovely, lots of sun loungers, sadly you do get people claiming their bed from early doors and leaving them for hours, but that happens everywhere! But we always got a bed and made the most of the pool! At first we had a ground floor room, we asked to swap due to the terrace not having a lot of privacy and being slightly over grown with grass! They allowed us to move to a room with a balcony which was perfect no complaints! Overall a perfect holiday! Would recommend and stay again!

What a disappointment... We are used to staying in 4-star hotels, but this one is very far from the expected standard. Upon our arrival, we encountered several problems: there were 4 of us and the sofa beds intended for our children were not made. We also only had 3 towels. The air conditioning in the living room, where our children were sleeping, did not work. We had to make 3 complaints before it finally worked... every other day! We therefore ended up asking for a fan. The bathroom sink was clogged upon our arrival and the cleanliness of the room clearly left something to be desired. One morning, the bed was not even made: the sheets had simply been folded at the foot of the bed. We also had to ask again for an extra towel even though there were 4 of us. The general cleanliness of the hotel is also very disappointing. Trash bags are left in the common areas and we regularly saw housekeeping staff sitting on the stairs on their phones, without even moving to let guests pass. In the evening, the common areas are also not lit. Regarding the meals, we are once again very far from the level of a 4-star hotel. The buffets are more reminiscent of a cafeteria than a hotel of this category and none of the dishes offered seemed up to par to us. Same observation for the drinks: the mineral water is so salty that it is difficult to drink. We therefore had to buy our water bottles at the Spar located next to the hotel, the fridge was in a pitiful state, we found our water bottles frozen even though we had turned it down to the minimum. Drinks like Coke or Fanta are also very diluted and not very pleasant to drink. As part of the "all inclusive" package, brand-name drinks seem reserved for guests who have subscribed to certain plans, with others having to settle for low-end drinks. And you have to regularly ask for ice cubes to have something that is actually cold. Another very unpleasant point: you have to get up at dawn to hope to get a lounge chair, as vacationers leave their towels very early to reserve them. Finally, the staff should better enforce certain rules around the pool, especially regarding people who enter the water with their shoes on. In summary: way too many problems for an establishment that claims to be 4 stars. Between the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, service, meals, and the services offered, our stay was a real disappointment. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel and we really do not understand how it can be rated 4 stars.
