We had a nice experience in Cala D’or and the staff at this hotel were always very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to use the pool and the shower room on our last day as we had a late flight, and helped us arrange transfers to and from the airport.
We felt very safe at this hotel and the location was perfect, a 5 minute walk down to the nearest beach and 5 minutes away from all of the shops and restaurants.
However, the hotel room itself was not up to our level of cleanliness. There were spots of mould on the curtains and in the grout of the shower. The bathroom ceiling looked like it had recently been painted over, possibly to cover up some more mould. If this hadn’t been the case, I would happily give this hotel a higher rating due to the staff and the location. I did nothing this up with staff as an issue as we were only staying a couple of nights.
Overall, a nice hotel, in a safe area with some very attentive and friendly staff.
