Teide

Stayed on night having been delayed by the air traffic glitch. Heavy case late evening..receptionist surly and put us in the annex 2 streets away. Clean but awful room, dodgy lift to 4th floor..room like a cell. Gave no instructions to enter building and door mechanism damgerous and trapped thumb. Area v seedy and would avoid. Waste of money.

The staff is lovely. Last minute Reservation following the cancellation of our return flight we were able to pick up the rooms around noon to finally sleep. Very clean and functional. We slept in the annex probably quieter than the main building.

A receptionist who gives you the impression of bothering him and who also has a disrespectful attitude! Le teide and teide 2 being the same hotel just an annex Cardboard wall (you hear your neighbor going to the toilet/vomiting etc.)
