Hotel it’s self was lovely to look at and clean however unless you want to be woken up at 2 every morning with the roosters calling or cats fighting or scratching at your door to get in don’t stay here. The apartment was spacious however the hob didn’t work properly and the fridge was more of a chiller so to go self catering made it difficult for us as we couldn’t cook anything or keep any chilled items in the fridge as it was not cold enough. To top the experience off the TV in the room had no channels available and had to be connected to WiFi which also did not work. We had to use our own data which is not cheap abroad. The WiFi did not work anywhere but the higher pool area and reception even then it was slow. You couldn’t pay cash for anything in the hotel just card only We ordered a pizza from the pool bar one lunchtime when it came out it looked like the restoraunte frozen ones they sold in the mini mart next door

Disappointed with this hotel after reviews I purposely booked the Junior Suite over the Superior because it showed the bed in an alcove separated area from the rest of open plan room whereas the superior was all in one room. It also showed on the photos a bath with shower over it this again was not the case it was small shower only so I will be raising a advertisement query on that one as needed a bath in room for a reason. This issue was raised but no other rooms were free to change to. The room we had was very dark and glum due to a brick wall facing the back window and a tiled roof overlapping the balcony which is set right back and dark. There was also no information anywhere in room regarding where to find/work things or even a telephone number for reception or to use the microwave a map, fire info or any hotel info just nothing at all which we found was quite poor. The air con was not very cold either and we had to call out an engineer but it was still no better after that and even though WiFi is free it is extremely slow and unreliable too assuming mainly the location of the hotel. I also found charging 3 euros a day for a safe was petty after what we had paid for and already not got that should at least be complementary to all there was a bottle of water in the fridge though which was nice. The room cleaning was also poor we often came back at 3.30pm for shower and change and room had not even been cleaned by then or fresh towels ! And then it seemed rushed and only part cleaned when cleaner did arrive. HOWEVER the complex is very quiet and breakfast was in a nice modern room and a fair selection of all breakfast items. The pool area is quite relaxed and never had trouble getting a sunbed and there where nice views of the hills and trees from it. The area itself is very quiet with only a handful of bars and eateries but we came for a rest, peace and quiet. unfortunately having to put up with alot of poor room and extremely poor cleaning issues this hotel in our opinion was a major let down for our stay here.
