Calan Blanes

We recently stayed at Globales Cala’n Blanes on an all‑inclusive basis and overall had an enjoyable experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The balcony featured sun loungers and offered a beautiful sea view, which was a standout highlight of our stay. The food selection was consistently good, with a wide variety available at each meal and themed evenings adding welcome variety. There was always something suitable to eat, and although a microwave was provided, we never found ourselves needing it. The pool area was well maintained, with a separate children’s pool and ample availability of sun loungers throughout the day. It was refreshing not to encounter the usual early‑morning rush. The nearby beach and sea are beautiful, though guests should note that the loungers on the beach are not included with the hotel. Room cleanliness could be improved. The floor often felt slightly gritty, and a mark on the sink remained for a couple of days. However, the beds were comfortable and the in‑room air conditioning worked effectively. Air conditioning in the communal areas was noticeably less effective. These spaces often felt humid, and improved cooling would enhance overall comfort. Evening entertainment was enjoyable, with a good variety of activities. Guests should be aware that bingo requires cash payment. Mahou beer on tap was a highlight, though the cocktails were less impressive. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, Globales Cala’n Blanes is a solid 3‑star hotel, offering good value and a pleasant experience. We would rate our stay 7/10.

Great location.. Beautiful beach(apart from very stoney sea,so bought sea shoes)...Hotel bit outdated,lift wasn't working on our day of arrival,and didn't work 4 to 5 times that day,so canny hike to 4th floor.Air con in room was fab but definitely needed more throughout hotel and eating area.Great size balcony with sea view(had requested and paid for this).Food very disappoining,not much of variety and cold,so ate out quite often,so all inclusive was disappointing for us because drinks weren't great too,cocktails were pathetic and wouldn't even say good pop...very disappointed.Wish we had gone just breakfast(wasn't greatest) only...Staff were lovely though and very friendly.Nice area,20min walk down road to restaurants and couple bars.. Absolutely stunning place is cala n Blanes.Would go back in future to area but not this hotel even though it's situation is the best.Beds so soft and uncomfortable aswell as awful pillows.Had good holiday despite my negative views.

After reading negative comments we were a little worried . No need to be the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with a sea view , air con worked and wasn’t noisy . We alwqys got sunbeds , all inclusive was fine , different themes each night X
